Fote Import & Export S.a.r.l.'s history began with two companies: first, the company A.U.S. & F. LDA was established on September 21, 2004 in Gabu in Guinea Bissau and emerged to manage local businesses and attend sales in Europe (eg Spain, Portugal) and Africa. The second company, ETS: SS was established on November 29, 2007 in Guinea Conackry, and arose following the expansion of business in partner countries. It was through the consolidation of our business partners and customers, we thought that Guinea Conackry would be a country with great potential for having border with six countries in the West Africa, having so a high business potential. We are attentive to the dynamic markets in which we operate, so we took a step in expanding into this country, trusting in the strength of our expertise and capabilities, and our team remains consistent, focused and strategic in the way of acting.
In 2011 the company Fote Import & Export S.a.r.l. emerges, committed to function as the third company in this group in continued expansion. Its objectives and responsibilities undergo an increasing presence all over the world, opening an office in Portugal and presenting for the first time, its own brand, the brand Fote. In a continuing effort to keep the business in Africa and the rest of the world, the company Fote Import & Export S.a.r.l. increases exponentially the business of its group, breaking the boundaries of a dynamic and multifaceted import and export business, and making a strong bet on behalf of ESTAR ENERGY DRINK, and our own brand of Juice Fote.
